Laronica Moise serves as an Assistant Chief Operating Officer at Ascension Seton, managing daily operations and oversees all ancillary and support departments. She is passionate about building collaborative teams and improving healthcare delivery. Laronica has driven initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency.  

Laronica holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Marketing and a Master’s degree in Business and Health Administration.  As well as an active member of the Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Incorporated.
