Yolanda Owens is an experienced HR professional and certified mediator with extensive experience in employee relations. Most recently, Yolanda was a member of the Corporate Functions HR leadership team at Salesforce as an Employee Success Business Partner, Director. She is committed to embracing the community through mentorship and volunteerism. 

Yolanda has her BBA with an emphasis in Personnel and Industrial Relations from the University of North Texas and her MBA with a focus on Human Resource Management from Amberton University.
