A new strategic ambition is essential to ensure that we are meeting the evolving needs of our youth, families, and communities. As the Austin area grows and changes, so do the challenges and opportunities facing the young people we serve. This new plan allows us to set bold goals, focus our resources, and align our programs, staff, and supporters toward a shared vision: creating bigger, better, and bolder futures for every child. It ensures that our Clubs remain innovative, impactful, and sustainable—so that every child has the tools, guidance, and opportunities they need to thrive today and tomorrow.
