Mike Guajardo

Guajardo Injury Law  

Mike Guajardo is the founder and owner of Guajardo Injury Law, a personal injury trial firm based in Austin, Texas, with more than 33 years of experience advocating for individuals and families across the state. A proud Lubbock Club alum, Mike has remained deeply connected to the Club community, giving back as a basketball coach and referee. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and a Juris Doctor from Texas Tech University and began his legal career as a defense attorney before dedicating his practice to representing individuals.

Mike has held leadership roles in the Texas Trial Lawyers Association and the American Association for Justice and has received numerous honors, including recognition as a Super Lawyer since 2009, and inclusion in Best Lawyers in America and Best Lawyers in Austin. He is also a distinguished member of the American Board of Trial Advocates.

Mike lives in Austin with his wife, Tiffany, and enjoys golf, travel, and riding e-bikes together.
