The 2026 Ladders for Leaders Signing Day brought together more than 100 aspiring young professionals, their families, mentors, business partners, and community supporters to celebrate the beginning of an exciting summer of growth and opportunity. As interns signed their commitment certificates, they officially embarked on a journey designed to build workforce skills, expand professional networks, and prepare them for future success.
The evening brought together professional headshots, networking, alumni reflections, certificate signings, and intern recognition, capturing the excitement and promise of the summer ahead.
Our guest emcee, rising sixth-grade Boys & Girls Club member Mia, welcomed guests and shared how Ladders for Leaders interns are who Club kids like herself look up to.
