This fall, Boys & Girls Clubs of the Austin Area (BGCAA) is expanding its reach from 27 to 41 Club locations, opening 14 new Club sites across Austin and Round Rock and creating more opportunities for young people and families to access high-quality after-school programming.

This growth is made possible through newly awarded 21st Century Community Learning Centers funding and the voter-approved Raising Travis County initiative—two significant investments in our community’s young people. Together, these investments are helping BGCAA bring safe, supportive, and enriching Club experiences to thousands more youth and families.

As BGCAA grows, we are also welcoming a new group of Club Directors and a Director of Club Operations who will help lead these new locations and create positive, welcoming environments where Club Kids can learn, grow, and thrive.

Briana Bailey

Club Director
Callison Elementary Boys & Girls Club

Briana brings five years of experience in childcare and is passionate about creating spaces where young people feel seen, supported, and confident in who they are.

In her first year with Boys & Girls Clubs of the Austin Area, Briana is excited to bring her passion for youth development to the community.

Her goal is to create a Club where every child feels they belong, discovers their strengths, and is encouraged to dream bigger.

“This fall, I’m looking forward to building relationships with our members and families, creating a Club environment where every child feels like they belong, and making memories that they’ll carry with them.”

Blake Bundy

Wells Branch Elementary Boys & Girls Club

Blake is excited to serve as the Club Director for the Wells Branch Academy Boys & Girls Club. With more than three years of experience with Boys & Girls Clubs in the Texas Panhandle, Blake brings a strong passion for youth development and empowering the next generation of leaders and changemakers.

As a Club Director, Blake is committed to creating a safe, supportive environment where members can build meaningful relationships, explore new opportunities, and become the best versions of themselves.

Chelsea Lincoln

Bluebonnet Elementary Boys & Girls Club

Chelsea has called Austin home for the past four years after moving from California. Chelsea’s background combines educational leadership and youth development. She previously served as a Club Director with the Boys and Girls Club in Santa Barbara County while overseeing multiple K-8 Club sites across several school districts.

She is passionate about academic readiness, STEM, and sports. Chelsea is committed to supporting local families and creating opportunities that help every child learn, grow, and thrive in a safe, engaging, and empowering environment.

“I look forward to combining my experience in education, youth development, and operations leadership to create meaningful opportunities for young people and help every child grow, succeed, and thrive.” 

Chenille Williams

Caldwell Heights Elementary Boys & Girls Club 

Chenille Williams is a proud Manor, Texas native. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Houston and is currently pursuing her master’s degree in Strategic Communication at Texas State University. Chenille is a passionate and creative leader with experience in youth development, program management, fundraising, communications, and photography.

Throughout Chenille’s career, she has led successful youth programs. Her programs developed engaging experiences for children while she also built meaningful relationships with families and community partners.

“Children are our future, and they will grow up to become leaders just like you and me. I am excited to help develop, encourage, and guide every child as they work toward achieving their purpose in life.”

Dre has proudly worked with Boys & Girls Clubs for the past eight years, developing a genuine passion for the field and the meaningful impact the organization has on young people and their families. He truly enjoys the work he does and the opportunity to create positive experiences, build meaningful relationships, and make a difference in the lives of Club members.

After eight years, Dre continues to see tremendous growth within the organization and the communities it serves. He is excited about the direction Boys & Girls Clubs is headed and is committed to being part of the movement—helping Clubs grow, supporting staff, and creating an environment where every young person has the opportunity to succeed.

Feno Pearson

Joe Lee Johnson Elementary Boys & Girls Club

Feno has eight years of experience in youth development and childcare. He has dedicated his career to creating safe, engaging, and deeply inclusive environments where every child can grow, learn, and lead. In his previous role, Feno served as Director of the YMCA in the Round Rock Independent School District. He focused on building strong community ties and expanding hands-on program offerings.

Feno’s core passions surround creating supportive spaces tailored to kids of all backgrounds and ability levels—ensuring every youth feels confident, valued, and empowered. He wants his Club kids to explore their interests through creative, multi-subject curriculum designs. 

“My highest priority is building a welcoming environment where every single child—regardless of their background, confidence level, shape, or size—feels safe, celebrated, and free to be themselves.”  

Kris Burrell

Union Hill Elementary Boys & Girls Club

Born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada, Kris began his journey with the Boys & Girls Club at just 16 years old—an experience that sparked a lifelong passion for youth development, education, leadership, and creativity.

Throughout his career, he has brought that passion to a variety of spaces, including Boys & Girls Clubs, mental health facilities, classrooms, college-access programs, and the performing arts. His unique journey even took him aboard the Disney Cruise Line, where he served as a youth manager while continuing to embrace the power of creativity and connection.

Now at Union Hill Elementary Boys & Girls Club, Kris brings these experiences together to create a space where young people can build confidence, explore their creativity, develop leadership skills, and discover what they’re capable of achieving.

Shenteria Scroggins

Anderson Mill Elementary Boys & Girls Club – Round Rock ISD

Shenteria brings several years of experience working with youth in education, where she supported students, collaborated with families, and built strong partnerships with school staff.

Throughout Shenteria’s career, she has been passionate about creating safe, welcoming environments where young people can grow and thrive. She believes in leading with compassion, integrity, and consistency. In turn, to helping our youth build confidence, character, and leadership skills. She is excited to become part of the Round Rock community and looks forward to making a positive impact on the lives of our members and their families.

Originally from California, Logan earned his bachelor’s degree from UC Santa Barbara and brings several years of experience in youth development and recreation programs. With a background in program leadership and staff development, Logan is passionate about creating encouraging experiences where young people can grow and thrive.

As a Club Director, Logan is excited to bring his energy, experience, and passion for youth development to the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Austin Area community.

Tiffany has called Austin home for the past few years and previously served as a Program Specialist at Overton Elementary Boys & Girls Club. There, she discovered the lasting impact that small moments of encouragement can have on young people.

As a Club Director, Tiffany is passionate about creating a fun, safe environment where Club members feel supported, inspired, and free to be themselves. She brings creativity and encouragement to the Club each day, helping young people build confidence and thrive.

Stephanie Dahl

Club Director
The University of Texas Elementary Boys & Girls Club

Stephanie is passionate about creating a fun and welcoming environment where youth feel safe, seen, valued, and empowered to grow into the best versions of themselves.

She is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with an emphasis in play therapy and supportive practices that help children and families navigate challenges and build confidence. Stephanie brings more than 4.5 years of experience with Boys & Girls Clubs and in supporting children and families in school and community mental health settings.

Stephanie is excited to continue serving the community through BGCAA’s new UT Elementary Club site and looks forward to bringing the Club experience to the future BGC Little Longhorns!

Austina Burns is excited to join Boys & Girls Clubs of the Austin Area as a Club Director after recently moving to Austin in May. With several years of experience working with BGC across California, Colorado, and Wyoming, Austina has developed a deep passion for creating welcoming spaces where kids and teens feel supported, valued, and empowered to be themselves.

In her new role, Austina looks forward to building meaningful relationships with Club members, families, and staff while helping create opportunities for young people to learn, grow, and thrive. She is excited to bring her experience and passion for youth development to the Austin community and make a lasting impact on the lives of the young people she serves.

This expansion represents what’s possible when a community invests in its young people.
