Character & Leadership
The Character and Leadership program was created to serve as an intentional space for young people in middle and high school to explore their self-identity, character traits, and unique skills to advance their interpersonal strengths and leadership which allow them to grow as valued and contributing members of their communities.
To foster teamwork, competitiveness, and an appreciation of personal health and fitness in all youth through a range of sports, games, and competitions.
To provide high-quality, integrated STEAM programming that is engaging and fun, and enables all youth, especially those that need us most, to fulfill their potential throughout their educational career and beyond.
The long-term anticipated impact of this program is to increase equitable access to opportunities for all youth, breaking systemic barriers. Critical workforce skillsets combined with equitable access will break the cycle of poverty and build vibrant communities.
