Jun 24, 2024 | Club Updates

BGCAA is pleased to announce the newest member of our executive leadership team, Chief of Operations Alison Hall!

Alison brings more than 22 years of experience in public education to the BGCAA team, including 10 years of service as a principal and three years of service as an assistant principal at Title I schools throughout Texas. Working with districts like Cypress – Fairbanks ISD, Bastrop ISD, and Austin ISD, Alison has served in educator and campus administrative roles at the elementary, middle and high school levels and brings a wealth of knowledge in Human Resources from her experience supporting and counseling educators to build their careers and teaching skills.

Passionate about mentorship and helping others grow, Alison enjoys supporting teams and individuals in reaching their short-term and long-term goals and loves to see many of her former mentees now serving in leadership positions in a variety of organizations.

Alison has a B.S. in Interdisciplinary Studies and an M.Ed. in Curriculum & Instruction from Prairie View A&M University and has a long history of volunteering with civic and nonprofit organizations, as she firmly believes that volunteerism is vital for the future of our society, helping us all maintain compassion, understanding, and respect for others.

Alison lives in the Austin area with her husband Maurice and two teenage children, who both attend Club! As a family they can often be found volunteering in the community or spending time outdoors fishing, hiking and camping.

We are thrilled to have Alison on the team, and she is already having a big impact on our mission.

Feel free to drop her a line and welcome her to the BGCAA Team!
